On July 8, 2018, the fifth training for secretariats of accreditation of medical education programs was successfully held in Beijing. Professor Wang Weimin, deputy secretary-general of the Working Committee for the Accreditation of Medical Education, more than 30 secretariats and trainee secretariats from the Working Committee attended the training. The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Xie Ana. At the beginning of the training, Mrs. Li Man sorted out the duties and work flow of the secretariats of the assessment team, gave a detailed introduction on the works before, during and after the site visit and explained the supplementary secretariats work document and the requirements of the accreditation report.
Combining with their own secretarial work experience, the participants shared lessons learned from the network preparation meeting and site visit schedules. The trainee secretariats also actively expressed what they have learned by attending this training.
Finally, Wang Weimin pointed out that the secretariats of the assessment team played an important role in the accreditation work, and sincerely thanked the secretaries for their concerted efforts and contributions.
